“I began training with Kevin in January 2026, following a major back surgery in October 2025. At the start of our sessions, I was managing significant nerve damage and muscle atrophy on my left side. Kevin’s expertise was instrumental in my rehabilitation; he perfectly balanced progressive challenge with injury prevention. He provided a comprehensive program, including supplemental home exercises and targeted stretching, to accelerate my recovery. To ensure the highest level of care, he even collaborated with an injury specialist during one of our sessions. By March, I had transitioned from a pronounced limp to walking normally, regained 80% of my sensation, and returned to my pre-surgery fitness levels. I highly recommend Kevin for his deep knowledge and dedicated approach.
